My work has taken me across healthcare, government, education, public sector, regulated industries, and large enterprise environments. In each engagement, I’ve seen the same pattern: organizations do not need more technology, they need thoughtful guidance, clear decisions, trusted architecture, and support that helps teams adopt change with confidence.
